ProCheese is a unique project of the Ardis Group, which brings together people and businesses that live and are interested in cheese and support the idea of developing a culture of cheese consumption in Ukraine.
The ProCheese team helps to learn more about cheese for both professional audiences and amateur cheese lovers.

About our Company


Our own production
Thanks to the Ardis Group, Ukrainians have discovered real fresh cheeses from Italy: mozzarella, ricotta, mascarpone. In 2010, the company embodied all its experience by starting production of its own line of fresh cheeses, which are now produced under the Lel ’brand. The chosen direction of activity has not changed since then.
The main partners at that time were exclusively cooking professionals. They still remain an important part of our cheese ecosystem, but over the years our views and opportunities have expanded significantly! In 2019, a new more powerful production “Dairy Workshop” was opened, which brought together the most talented masters of cheese making, who still embody their original ideas in Lel’s products.
